San Diego Center for the Blind
The January meeting will be held at the San Diego Center for the Blind. Tours of the Center will begin at 6:30 pm, with the meeting starting at 7:30. Come join us to learn about all of the great work they do, and why we support them with our annual Main Street America Car Show.
Following the meeting, we will hold our annual Chili Cookoff. Break out your favorite chili recipe and compete for the coveted COCSD Cookoff aprons and chili bragging rights! All competitors will get $15 to offset some of their costs, one ballot and free sampling of their competition’s chilis.
For just $5 per person, those not competing can sample all of the chilis they wish, plus a soda or water. It also gets you a ballot, so you can help choose the award winners.
Parking at the Center is very limited, so please leave your Corvette at home and carpool with the members who live near you. We may be contacting you about giving first-time guests a ride.
