This way the club organizer will know who is coming, and make sure they wait for you.

Click on the Parade Car Entry Form and fill-in all requested areas. Please ensure all areas are filled-in and that you click SEND
Once your entry form is received, you will receive an email confirmation receipt. If you don’t hear from us within 48 hours from the date sent, please contact us directly.
NOTE: Please indicate in the Special Information About Your Car section whether you will have a passenger riding with you and provide their full name. If you are bringing a guest to the VIP reception — whether or not they will ride in your vehicle — please list their full name. This information is required so we can plan VIP seating arrangements for vehicles. (Maximum one guest allowed.)
You are also invited to attend our VIP Reception that will take place from 12:30 to 2:30 pm on Saturday July 4th, were lunch will be served. Doors do not open for check-in until 12:30 pm, so please do not arrive early. The reception is being held at our new location at The Shop Pizza & Cocktails Restaurant, located at 11967 Bernardo Plaza Drive in the Plaza shopping center near Vons. We ask that those attending the VIP reception park by Vons or the CVS.
NOTE 1: The VIP vehicles designated to drive the VIPs in the parade will continue to stage in the same area as in past years (by EXP Realty and Unicorn Jewelry).
NOTE 2: The parade route will now run in the opposite direction from what has been done in previous years. With this new change, our VIPs will pass by and be visible at every announcer station along the route. This adjustment will also allow the San Diego Police Department to open the main road sooner, improving traffic flow and making it easier for vehicles to enter and exit the shopping center. To clarify the revised flow: the parade will start on Bernardo Center Dr, then turn right onto Rancho Bernardo Rd, and end on Acena Dr.
