Nine COCSD members and their Corvettes helped to shuttle the Royal Court at Castle Park High School’s Homecoming celebration this past Friday night. One of COCSD’s members is an alumni of Castle Park and so it was with great pride we shuttled our dignitaries around during pre-game activities and at half time. Wendy Paleo ended up becoming the Homecoming Queen. We all enjoyed some of the high school football “magic” on Friday night and then went out afterwards for some pizza. However, the homecoming team was struggling at half time to keep pace with their opponent. We’d all polished our Corvettes so they sparkled in the sun, but with a dirt track around the stadium and the other vehicles passing by us in the staging area before the game, everyone’s car needed a bath! Thanks Castle Park for the opportunity – we’ll see you next year!
Summer Party 2021
“On Sunday, August 8th we held a “Summer Party” at AleSmith Brewery as an opportunity for everyone to enjoy some fellowship/food/drink with other club members after being cooped up at home for so long due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. We had a wonderful turnout (25 people) along with a large variety of Corvettes to look at. We’ll be planning other events like this in the coming months, so if you missed hanging out yesterday, be on the lookout as< there will be more to follow!”
