We will be meeting in the Denny’s parking lot at:
If anyone is wanting to grab a bite or a cup of coffee before we hit the road there is also a Starbucks and Jack-in-the-Box in the same parking lot. Just be sure to do so early as we will leave on time.
Meeting time is 9:00. Driver’s meeting 9:15, on the road at 9:30.
- 0 miles, leave parking lot turning left onto Navajo Rd.
- .2 miles, turn right onto SR125 north.
- 2.3 miles, exit right onto SR52 east.
- 4.6 miles, use left two lanes to exit onto SR67 north.
We will need to use both lanes at the traffic light where Mapleview crosses SR67 in order to keep the group together.
- 26.4 miles, turn right onto 10th street (becomes San Vicente Rd.)
- 30.4 miles, turn right onto Wildcat Canyon Rd (becomes Ashwood St.)
- 33.4 miles, pit stop at Barona gas station. Snacks, drinks and restroom available inside.
- 43.5 miles, turn left onto Mapleview (becomes Lake Jennings Park Rd.)
- 46.4 miles, turn left onto Old Hwy 80
- 50.2 miles, turn right onto Dunbar Ln.
- 50.3 miles turn left onto Alpine Rd.
- 53.2 miles, turn right onto Tavern Rd.
- 55.9 miles, turn sharp right onto Dehesa Rd.
- 60.6 miles, turn left to remain on Dehesa Rd.
- 65.8 miles turn right into driveway for P2K.
P2K shares the driveway with Robertson’s Quarry. The driveway has speed bumps, so proceed slowly. This isn’t a long run as we will be spending time shooting at the range.
