Plastic Fantastic Car Show

Mark your calendars for the 42nd annual Plastic Fantastic Car Show, coming to Embarcadero Marina Park North at Seaport Village on San Diego’s beautiful waterfront on Saturday, May 1, 2027!

Join us for a great day celebrating Corvettes and the future of automotive talent! Registration details are coming soon, so stay tuned for updates.

We’re bringing back the Plastic Fantastic car show. America’s original all corvette car show with a 42-year history.

This show has been passed on to COCSD by the North County Corvette Club. The NCCC stopped putting on the show when covid hit the country and with their help we are bringing it back!

The show will be May 1, 2027 at the Embarcadero Marina Park North. The entry will be $75 per car and we have a strict limit of 350 cars.

COCSD has Joined with the San Diego Automotive Museum and will work as partners in the event which is a fund raiser primarily for the Ignite Academy program.

The Ignite Academy is a program where the museum provides training for High School Students in many aspects of the automotive world. With shop classes all but vanished from our school system, programs like this are really needed.

Early and standard registration dates are to be announced.

If you received an email “Save the Date” for this event you are likely to receive another announcement when registration is open. However you can check this site for updates.
